Wait time after roast date (4/12/2026) is about 5 weeks (6/28/2026). The taste is very good by this time for espresso. I am so surprised how I don't have to grind as fine as typical light roast coffee. I am replacing my uploaded roast profile with this one as this is the specific one that I remember.
