The plan:

Warm-up:
Drum 100%, Airflow 20%
Gas 70% (medium-high heat) Get to 210 degrees C (Reached 8 minutes in); idle there for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, gas off; bring temp down to 195 (Took a minute)
After that, burner off for 4:30 minutes
Gas 20% for 60 seconds; then charge

In batch:
Charge 160-162 C, gas 60%, airflow 20%
Gas 50%@140 C, airflow same
Gas 40%@150 C, airflow same
Gas same%@160 C, airflow 50%
Gas 30%@170 C, airflow same (Should have done it at 165)
Mark FC @ 183-184
Gas 20%@12% DTR, airflow same
Drop at 1:30 dev time (12:16)

Reached 120 C at 15:46; should have reduced airflow and started heating again! Also for reproducibility, maybe move the extra cooling fan away

Agtron: 58.06

Might drop the gas settings by 5% to push the roast time to about 14 minutes - also to try to prevent these flicks
