Roasting Notes
This was a test roast of a new bean. Took to second crack.
Things I would change next time (for espresso roast):

1. Drop temp 160C-165C
2. Use 350g
3. Leave at 60% power, until RoR in 10-15 range.
4. Bring power and air up to hold there until done.
5. Drop immediately at 212-213C.
Cupping Notes
For coffee it had a nice round flavor, fairly balanced and neutral. Did not detect any chocolate. Good aroma. Slight ashy flavor.
For espresso, really nice cup, but a tad ashy. Bring it back just a hair and you're golden.
