| Roasting Notes:This was the second roast for espresso. Good roast, just didn't go far enough. Things I would change next time (for espresso roast): ======================== 1. Drop temp 160C-165C 2. Use 350g 3. Leave at 60% power longer, until RoR in 10-15 range. 4. Bring power and air up to hold there until done. Be patient. Increase heat slowly. 5. Drop immediately at 212-213C. | 
| Cupping Notes:For coffee it had a nice round flavor, fairly balanced and neutral. Did not detect any chocolate. Good aroma. For espresso, very sour. Needed more development. Go to 213C. |
