Gas 20%@12% DTR, airflow same
Drop at 1:30 dev time
Agtron: 59.7
Cupping Notes
The last time I did this roast, I called:
FC@185; dropped after 1:20 dev time, drop temp 190
This time I called
FC@188; dropped after 1:30 dev time, drop temp 194
Based on the ETROR graph, I probably hit FC a bit earlier at 186-187
Brewed as a mini ORB. Lots of red wine, grape acidity, but also a lot of smoky taste. Might be resolved by calling FC a bit earlier and dropping at 1:30 after that. If not, I might have to do the flame test and see if I get movement with 50%air@160. If not, I'll have to turn air up. If yes, then I'll have to pitch it to the roast group for feedback.
