Yirgacheffe 800g City+ v4. DTR cut to 17% (was 19.7%) — fruit muted on cooling = over-development. Drop 8:51 BT 202C. ROR: Maillard 9→12°C/min, post-FC decline 20→10°C/min. Fan: A20@charge A30@4:30 A50@FC A60@FC+30s. Preheat BT 175-178°C.

Cupping Notes


Target: jasmine, bergamot, lemon zest, stone fruit. Shorter DTR designed to preserve fruit brightness. Expect more brightness than v3.
