Best roast I have made so far.
Beans turned out insanely well balanced.
Nice body, not too much, bit of sweetness, hint of dried fruits and chocolate.
It's nearly impossible to make a bitter shot with it.

Very even colour.
Cupping Notes
Full body.
Slightly sweet.
Chokolaty and a hint of floral.
Well rounded cup.
The least bitter ever.
