Roasting Notes
TP and RoR during first half of roast were higher than they should have been for the total roast time I'm shooting for(>10 min). Should be a good roast but still think more time in Maillard phase will bring out better flavors of the coffee.
Cupping Notes
This batch actually tasted better than the other roast of the same coffee on 6/4 despite the roast crashing about a minute after FC. No standout notes but the sweetness was good and a little more acidity was present. The overall cup was more balanced than the other roast from today.
