Charge temp: 170
No soak, power straight to 70%
Roast was still faster than I wanted but hit the right drop temp. Seems a soak might be necessary for a roast time of 10:00 or more. No roast defects. Phase % are in a good range but overall roast time is still shorter than I planned.
Next roast: Use charge temp of 160 and power right to 70%; second roast of that batch use charge temp of 170 and use one minute soak and see which technique gives a better cup profile.
