Hit the phase percentages I was looking for but the coffee didn't taste as complex in the cup as I wanted. Good sweetness and roast level I wanted but didn't quite have the complex flavors I was hoping for. I think it needed a bit longer in the Maillard phase to develop those flavors. Sould have extended the total roast time by a minute to minute and a half to 10:30 for better flavor development.

Much better looking descending RoR throughout roast. Still some minor scorching and tipping. This roast was longer and less aggressive than the first roast today but still pushing the beans a little too hard.
