Roasting Notes
The roast went faster than anticipated. I tried 20% development, maybe that was too much, the beans look slightly tipped or scorched.
Cupping Notes
The first few days there were clear burned flavors, after about one week it was a very nice fruity coffee with sweetness and some acidity.
